Clio Williams Wide Arch Wings

Just bought a pair of wide arch williams wings for my clio but the paint has been chipped really bad. What would be the best grade of sandpaper to get all the paint off so i can primer & spray 2 the colour of my car. Please bare in mind there plastic wings. Thanks in advance

id start with 600 or 800 then move to 1200 wet and dry paper
