Contacting someone regarding Google maps photos?

Not sure if it's possible - I did have a quick look yesterday. But there's a couple of pictures on Google Maps that I'm interested in knowing a bit more about and want to contact the picture taker.

The images state July 2017 as an upload date as well, so they are clearly very recent. Any suggestions would be welcome.

You could always try and locate the user in Google+ if they have a account there. Worth trying FaceBook too as they may use the same profile photo.
