Dan…’s Titanium Renaultsport 182

Thanks for sharing your wash procedure mate, I'm learning about all this detailing malarky so it's handy to see it in steps.

Car looks fantastic. Makes me jealous mine doesn't look like that!
No worries! Glad it helps, it's very ddictive and slightly expensive hobby... but it's well worth it ;)

And Thank you, I'm really happy with it :)

I've said it before but this 182 really is stunning. Spent far too much time browsing the pics in this thread. Credit to you matey :D

Thanks Adam! ^

Little update, received my type-R aerial today and fitted it tonight when I got back from work. Que the worlds worst photo's! 🙈 Weather dependant I might give my new DA Polisher a go for the first time tomorrow so I'll probably get some better ones then, although you all know what they look like but any excuse to post a pic

Also, my front strut brace is currently with the powder coaters so i'll hopefully have that back soon which will tidy and almost finish the the engine bay area off

Thanks Cub.!

As the weather here today has been amazing I spent most of the day outside with the car. It was clean to begin with so for once I didn't have to wash it but did give it a quick wipe over with QD. Whilst I was doing that the postman delivered Speedline decals for my Turini's so I fitted them and took a few photo's:

I took a few random photo's that show the type-R aerial much better...

Looking schweeet pal! Also not a fan of the grille stickers, feel like they clash with the car colour scheme but at the end of the day it's your motor! Well done on winning the AF share n shine!

Cheers Jake!

I've always been a bit unsure on the stickers myself tbh but my friend makes/sells them and sent me a set for free so I've just kept them. Ineed the summer I plan on getting the front plastics done in satin black so they'll be coming off then anyway

Thank you, can't wait to receive it all and put it to good use!!

I've been toying with the idea of getting an anthracite sticker to go where people put the usual "Renault F1 Team" ones. Possibly just a simple "Renault Sport" sticker, might order a few and see, only £1.99 per sticker off eBay.

What exactly did you win? Pretty jelly if I am honest lol I <3 AF products!

Yeah, that sounds good - don't think it would look out of place if you went for Anthracite either

Everything in this photo (I think). Me too, absolutely massive fan of their stuff so mega chuffed with it all
I'll post a couple of photo's when I receive it!

Time for another update! Haven't posted on here for a while now but the project still goes on :)

I spent most of yesterday doing little bits and bobs, mainly the front grill which is now satin black.

Started by removing the grill and cleaning the part of the bumper the grill sits in as it was filthy:

While I had the satin black out I quickly removed the rusty air box bolts and gave them a little spray

Lovely motor, I've just got a very clean low milage titanium so this is my inspiration for it. Wasn't set on the colour at first but now I have it it's really grown on me.

Well an update is long overdue...

First up, refurbished Turini's in Titanium Silver to match the bodywork:

I bought my partner a private plate for her birthday, so of course had to grab a quick photo:

Finally, my favourite update - A Genuine Renault V6/Trophy Spoiler. I bought it in a silver colour but wasn't a great match so I had it re-sprayed in titanium by Spray Shack and the colour match is now perfect!

A few photo's fitted (And better photo's of the wheels fitted..)
