Recently removed from my PH2 172 as i'm returning it back to standard.
It gives similar results to the standard remap that most tuners offer - a few break more and improved torque lower down over the stock map. However it can be re-programmed and used for your bidding, so who knows what its capable of in the right hands.

I'll be honest, I have no idea what these are worth, but I know they weren't cheap when new.
