Sorry man, had a look and couldn't find them, although the Garage is a tip. I'll have another look next weekend, although I'm starting to think I sold them a while ago and forgot all about it! Lol!

I got pulled for having a 3/4 plate last year, so not worth the hassle mate. And I don't like washer blanks!

Ahh gutted! Not had any problems myself thankfully. Seem fairly relaxed in Yorkshire (touch wood...)

Nothing exciting.. currently sat in Rentech waiting room. Car is in having new handbrake cables, rear pads, and airbag light turned off with CLIP. Also had to buy a new rear caliper (£80) as it's sticking and broken

You could've done the handbrake yourself mate easy job! Guess it was easier if having the caliper replaced too though. Mine needed a new caliper with cables.

Also, the scenic shifter made the plastic tabs of the gearstick surround snap, so i've got a new one to fit. Will fit it a bit lower down the shaft this time.

Is the scenic shifter nice to use mate? I'm wanting to change my shifter as its so sloppy and all over the place just a little lost! I've seen the PMS ones, but then heard bad things about them rattling so don't know where to go.

Yeah I love it, probably my favourite mod.. hard to describe the improvement, it just feels 'right'.

Did you modify it at all, or just buy a scenic one? Or is it one of those bms ones?

It's just a scenic shifter with a yanoo 3.0 and a quaife style gearknob. Was 2nd hand from here.

If your comfortable with the height just get a yanoo stiff shift for your shifter.

Yeah your thinking of the short shifter. Stif shift takes all the slop out and v2 and v3 are adjustable.

pms shifter is fantastic, minimal rattling from them. the scenic one is just a council house version :wink:
