Met up with CuppyDean off here this morning to give his car a machine polish, the process was as follows;
Wheels cleaned with Billberry wheel cleaner and various brushes
Tyres cleaned with Megs APC
Car snow foamed and all trim cleaned down with a brush and a bit of Megs APC
Washed car with two bucket method, microfibre wash mitt and Duragloss 901
Tar removed with Tardis
Clayed with Sonus Ultra Fine detailing clay and Megs QD
Washed again and dried down with an i4detailing plush towel
Polished with G220 and a Lake Country Orange pad with Menzerna PO203S, finished off with a Lake Country Black finish pad and Menzerna PO85-RE5
Sealed with Chemical Guys Blitz Spray Sealant
Glazed with Chemical Guys EZ Glaze with Acrylic Shine II
Coat of Collinites 915 wax
Spray down again to remove all dust and again
All trim done with Chemical Guys New Look Trim Gel
Wheels and Tyres done with Chemical Guys Wheel Guard and Blackfire Tyre Gel
With the weather being as what was today and being forced to work in the sunshine it was quite difficult to work some of the polish but i got there in the end
Good to meet you Dean and thanks for the help, i bet you are sunburnt as me! Oh and i now quite fancy a JMS intake in for my Cup :rasp:
Anyway im crap with a camera but i did manage to get a few before and after shots
Thanks for looking
