they always park in the most inconvienient places was driving along a good driving road v wide nice sweeping bends no no houses in site i go along it atleast 4 times a week. 60 mph and i was doing about 70 everyone drives at about that even my gran!!!!!cos its a nice bit of road!!!!! since i got cort (pretty sure i did) ive had a phone call from 7 of my mates thinking they have got cort too 3 in clio sports. i have no problems with them on dangerous roads or in 30's etc. but.....bloody.ell. rant over, i no i shouldn be doing 70 in a 60 but its a safe rd. thanks for listening to me haha ill shutup now.

As i went through the speed trap over the speed limits (i think ive been caught), i've had a few phone calls from my friends, well seven of them.

thinking they have got cort too 3 in clio sports.

i think they have been caught too, three of them drive clio sports

i have no problems with them on dangerous roads or in 30's etc. but.....bloody.ell. rant over,

i no i shouldn be doing 70 in a 60 but its a safe rd.

I know that i should not have been doing 70mph in the 60mph speed limit, but i think its a safe road

Nice roads near me, and youll know them AliasOmega, and ive never seen a van or motorcycle on them before. Not the sort of place imo.

if the laser detector on a road angel or similar goes off, you've 99% already had it - not much use for mobile sites!

I gave up and got a jammer (parking sensor) that I only turn on when I feel like a bit of fun, if i pass a mobile camera, I'll remove it that night

all mobile sites have to be registered,even the ones with a policeman standing behind a tree with his hairdryer,thats why you see them hiding behind the same wall/tree time after time,and if you dont spot them in your mirror then your driving instructor didnt teach you to well(always check your mirrors)and the radar bit with the road angel does work as when the radar goes off thats them pinging you and they have to measure it over a certain distance not that i would know(black rat club)

about 0.1 in 10 police use radar guns now - its all laser.

all i know is that when i got caught, mine went off, the second i got round the corner where they were waiting for me - every review of them states that the laser detectors are pretty much just something to stop you wondering for 2 weeks, if it went off, you almost certainly got done, unless o nthe off chance you actually did get some "laser scatter" from another car.. very unlikely.

what do mirrors ahve to do with where police hide, I've never seen the police waiting to get you from behind - apart from up motorway sliproads

the have to let you no in 14 days, speed camera's on roads like that are just for making money, while they where doing you for doing 10mph over the speedlimit when there was nothing around someone will be doing 50+ in a housing estate and getting away with it or a pentioner getting robbed, the police need to sort there prioritys out.

briny182 ,the reason i said check your mirrors is that most people caught speeding are usually ,listening to their induction kit or exhaust before realising they are being tailed by an unmarked vehicle before they realise whats hit them,usually to busy trying to catch up with some ned trying to prove that his cars better:nono: ,

I went through a speed camera too quick recently, i dont know what i was thinking. It was a fixed gatso and i carried on home in a bit of a sulk and it wasnt until i was reading up on them that i read they are one directional. I was very lucky as i was travelling toward the camera which was on the opposite side of the road! Never knew that, its funny as everyone always slows for cameras but my opinion has changed slightly now knowing they can only catch you by taking a pic of the rear of the car and not the front! The next day i made bloody sure there wasnt one on the other side (although i knew there wasnt). 3 points evaded
