EGP on alloys

  2.0 Auris
How many coats is good on alloys i got one on a couple of days ago.i put collinite 476s on about 8 weeks ago it was still working dust wasnt sticking to it but u could tell it was starting to fade.I was thinking mabey 4 coats of epg how dose that sound?

I may be wrong here but as you have layerd 476 over the egp, you will not be able to add more layers of egp without re polishing the wheels with srp as the egp will not be able to bond with the 476

Doubt there will be much difference durabilitty wise between the Collinite and EGP, both are pretty durable, if they are already wearing Collinite I would be tempted just to add another few layers of that.

If you do go down the EGP route as Justine says you will need to apply the SRP again first. I tend to do a couple of coats of EGP and then use a wheel wax ontop.

I use Collinite over whatever sealant I have on the wheels, like Rich says add another layer of that rather than more sealant.

Then you can wash just using shampoo and then dry and wipe over with a QD and MF towel in the future.
