exhaust price

ive been in touch with a local performance place.and they quoted me £500 supplied and fitted full milteck stainless system for my 182 is this a fair price. £60 pound of that is for stronger rear brackets that the guy said i would need has anyone heard of this cheers.

no its not. the retail on the cat back is £400 ish depending on where you look.

£100 for fitting is steep though.

Ive just paid £340 for an unsilenced ktec 182 exhaust. Fitting was £40.

thats the going rate for a miltek new on most parts store sites. which is the recommended retail. alot of places also include a de cat with that price

Ktec Ultra system is a good price, i personally think the Milltek is over priced considering their is a 50/50 speculation over them cracking on the welds. Saying that, i like the yozzas in every way, except price, and that they are becoming really popular - no more exclusivity on those! Scorpion RS192 system is a fair price and a quiet option similar to the standard system, but i think there were issues again with the tailpipe tips not sitting to peoples expectations? I like the Piper systems, nice fit, nice appearance, great sound..

But Ktec is best on price imo.
