Exhaust to fit in the 182 manifolds,2 central rear exits but with spare tire of 172!

I have a 172, and i want to exchange the original exhaust manifolds for the 182 one. Based in your experiences I would like to have your opinion about which one is the best choice, an original (used) for 200£ or the one that you can see through this link:

Is this good quality or what? It will crack soon? Any available report?

Concerning the exhaust, I’m looking for an alternative of the follow k-tec: http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=1560&appid=2.

Do you know any other alternative, like for example Yuzza, Scorpion, etc? Any other company that produce a similar exhaust to fit in the 182 manifolds, double central rear exits but with spare tire? Were i can get them, any link?

What about the decat/sports cat alternatives? Which are the main differences for both options?
