F.A.O fred...lowering

Sorry to keep bothering you mate but you seem like the brains when it comes to certain things on this site....you've seen my alloys and they're 17's, et40...was just wandering how much i could lower my car without getting out the angle grinder??

ahhh thats mint....i was only thinking of like -40mm but if i go go to 85mm then thats what its going to be. Nice phrase fred lol.
Is it easy to fit coilys or is best to get someone to fit them?? Also whats the ebst coilovers to get for the ride comforbility?? (or however you spell it)

FK's, they're fairly easy to fit, but you need to know how to set them up

i charge £50 for the pleasure BTW (for coilovers)
£40 for springs

Yeah ive heard good things about fred on here and if im not satisfied with 85mm i might just ask him to get the angle grinder out lol

the 19s dont require alot of arch work to go on apaprently, and thast with me been 60mm loweredto the ground (maybe 70 at the back cause of install) was suprised how big the arches are

You sure my cars going to go 85mm fred without any arch work 'cos ive been reading a few threads and people with offset et35 arent going to be able to go 85mm...just want to make sure before i buy the coilys

he could do mine again any time too... nice and settled now, looks tasty.

apart from the annoying squeeking that i now have coming from my drivers side brake..... its like "eek....eek....eek" when going really really slow.
hmmmm

Freds good/cheap/quick.... and he'll work in the pouring rain whilst you stand around in his garage.
