Fair price for my clio?

I'm going to have to sell my full fat 182. Me and the missus have just bought a house and my car has to go! I'm gutted, but never mind!

What would be a fair price to stick in the the autotrader?

182, 04 plate. 22k. All the usual extras. Lowered 30mm, K+N (but i'll probably take it off and sitck the air box back on).

Parkers say £ 9680, but thats with 10K average mileage.

Any Ideas?

£9000 would be my guess, good buy for someone after a 182

I was hoping for about £9500. Got to pay back some of the unsecured part of the mortgage!

If you want a quick sale, I have cash waiting, but wait a few weeks and someone should snap it up.

What colour is it mate? Any problems or accidents, any other mods? Ever had to make a warranty claim? Are the tyres in good nick?
