Yeah the T-51B armour is awe-sum.
I did the Lincoln quest the other night for Hannibal and his crew. Got the Lincoln Repeater rifle, too. That thing takes super mutants heads off well. Sold the other stuff I got from the Memorial to Hannibal and the old chap at Rivet City.
Now I'm just going through the guide depending on where I'm at on the map and checking out all the relevant locations in that area
Currently at Franklin Metro Utility and the underground. Lot of sh*t in there, TBH! Also found the unique "Burnmaster" Flamethrower in a burned out truck in the radioactive underground :approve:

Keep finding magnum ammo everywhere but I'm yet to find a weapon to use it with scoped or otherwise
Really? I must of found about 4 or 5.
There must be at least one other scoped Magnum though as I didn#t get mine from there...although can't remember where it came from. Not THAT powerfull though.
Still doing the GNR Radio mission, going to go get dogmeat after that I think...he is apparently somewhere on the east of the map, near a scrapyard, is this true?

Magnums against enclave guys are amazing, there weak against single shot weapons.
Yeah dogmeat is in the scrapyard easy to find, mine just died though which sucks but i'd gone miles, leveled up and there are alot of deathclaw things about now which rape him big time.
I cried for a while but i've got the brotherhood bird with me now so its fine.
I also found the unique assault rifle which is ACE.
I've just done the radio mission and am now onto the vault 83/87 mission cant remember which. Lovin it.

Cool, just in the City of Ghouls, will go there next.
Found a Lincoln Repeater rifle too which replaces the Hunting Rifle, and got given a sniper rifle to do the "In the Head" mission or whatever it is called, got to take out some humans in order to secure a contract for a ghoul companion. Good s**t!
It's in the bit with loads of feral and normal ghouls...in the middle and up some stairs. Although just gave it to some guy inside the Washington memorial, as part of a mission. Didn't seem to do much!
As for the ghoul companion, I went to kill the woman he wanted but all the ghouls turned on me and got raped, they are quite hardcore in the ghoul town place! So back to an earlier save, now no Lincoln Repeater, and still no companion.
In the Mall outside, there are at least 10 Super Mutants and they have a much better LOS as they are carrying miniguns and rifles...on my way to some Ranger compound to "talk"....

Yeah i gave the mini gun to my brotherhood companion which is ace. Good back up. And all my lazer/plasma stuff as i dont use it.
Yeah i'm about to do the ranger one, i got their radio transmission then spoke to the woman in the hospital.

Still to get a companion, although just hooked up with some woman with a sick uzi type weapon to look for the Declaration of Independence...walking aorund some massive underground layer getting lost!
I only have a laser pistol and its s**t, only does 6 damage. Boo! Dropped my flamer too as it never got used, but got missile launcher, sniper, fat daddy and minigun.
Still got s**t Raider Sadist aarmour though, I look ghey as in it!
Haha yeah raider stuff is w**k. I did a s**t load of sub quests before these missions so i'm like level 17, got sooo many guns its insane and power armour, take anything down pretty easy now.
My unique assault rifle does like 30-50 damage then the combat shotty, hunting rifle, sniper, magnum, flamer got s**t loads.
Its a good area for points there, about 4 locations and all the super mutants to kill.

Ah no...my companion died...although got her ultra uzi so not that bad, and now sporting some nice Talon combat armour. Only thing is though I have no stimpaks, no decent aid...and f**k loads of mutants. And to top it off I am addicted to about 3 different drugs and have radiation poisoning. Good times!
Haha mate sounds like your in trouble. What level you playing it on. I'm only on normal tbf but i've got about 50 stims and everything, was tough at the start but i wonderd the wastes alot before doing missions so i levelled up quicker.

Yeah...kind of a bit screwed really, bit annoying as I kept topping her up with stimpacks, but now that seems like a bit of a waste. Didn't even use her armour either as it wasn't even as good as the Talon stuff.
I f**king hate those Super Mutant Brutes with miniguns though, out in the open they are f**king hardcore in a group....

Sydney's Ultra SMG stayed as my main weapon (along with the Terrible Shotgun) for about 90% of the game. Make sure you pick up some SMGs from various raiders along the way, so that you can keep on repairing it. I think it capped-out at a guaranteed 50 damage for me on that in peak repair condition. Worked a treat against deathclaws when targeting their heads in VATS.
Talon combat armour is pretty useful too as there is plenty of it knocking about!

you need to goto paradise falls1st to get it. When the woman was asleep, i crept behind her, waited for a clear chance, then gave her a zap on it.
it drives her crazy, she gets up and goes mad, the others inthe room then shoot her cos shes gone completely bonkers!!

Really weird and tbh dumfeck stupid having to play as a baby and a 10 year old child in a compter game!!! Surely a longer intro scene could have dealt with all that crap?!!!

Im struggling with this... I just seem to be wandering aimlessly around, everyone I meet tries to kill me and I cant even find Megaton!

Finally bumped into a trader who helped me instead of trying to maul me! Although, I helped her by killing a ghoul who was trying to have sex with her horse type thing, miserable cow didnt even say thanks!
Completed it. Christ wat a game, luckily i saved it just before the end bit so i could go through all the scenarios.
I also went back a while to do all the other s**t first then i'll re do that last mission.
I'm level 20 now so does that mean i cant level up anymore or do any new skills etc etc. If so. Gutted.
