Can't say I like or would drive that focus RS but it looks pretty impressive nonetheless.
Great pictures and a nice selection of cars too.

When I was driving to Stratford Upon Avon on the A46,
I saw so many MK1 Escort's and Cortina's I nearly crashed from drooling over them.

There's a lovely pic of a Mk1 Lotus Cortina in you gallery,
please post it as it's amazing!

In fact I think you should post all of them, as there are so many awesome cars,
that should be shown, i'd do it but they're copyrighted.

Cheers guys. I took pics of a bit of everything, some of which I liked and others I didn't. I personally wasn't a fan of the chrome focus but my friends loved it! Each to there own, but there was something for everyone there.

That black MK1 XR2 is special. What a throwback to the 80's (no I wasn't around then!!)

As sad as it is that cars like that clearly aren't being used, it's good for people from later generations to be able to see cars from that generation 'as they were', in time warp condition.

There are so many cars I want, but if they're too mint it just makes me paranoid. :dapprove:

I'm all about Classic Mini's atm, i've been looking at 1275 engines today,
I know sod all about engine rebuilds, but there's only one way to learn.

Then i'd just need a rolling shell, not that i'd know what I was doing,
but yet again jumping in at the deep end seems the only way.

Seeing this the other day didn't help. lol

I'd have a tidyish, standard XR2 or XR3i no problems, as long as they're rust free.

The mechanicals are pretty crude and simple on them.

9k for an ornament isn't for me. I'd rather a 3k one and sort it myself. Want one! Hard to find.

Black xr2 was one of my faves of the show. I do have a soft spot for a escort cosworth though, hence the many pics

I didnt like the chrome rs and i dont normally like the rusrty rat look, yet i really liked the rat xr2.

We over heard one of the ladies on the rs200 starnd taking to somwbody else about it being for sale and my friend said she was asking for £250k! As i didnt hear that part so i cant comment.

The chrome wrapped RS is a promotional car. It's running around 550hp and revs to 8000rpm on full boost.

That XR2 was one of my favourites of the day, reminded me of my blue one from 20 odd years ago
Engine bay was spotless and presume 5 speed conversion as had Mk2 gear stick. Don't know about other mods but it wasn't exactly standard under the bonnet.

That no.22 mk2 was cool and that fiesta xr2 was mint, inside and out and engine also as you can see. One of my faves there
