Gear Gaitor price increase?

Bought a gear gaitor for the 182 about 12 months ago for around £7.80 inc VAT IIRC.

Missus wants one for her 1.2 and its come back from local dealer at £12 odd...he said that there has been a price increase in parts...are they taking the piss?????

Managed to get one from another car...so all is well. It was the missus who was kicking off and asking me to ask on here if that was the case.

I paid £65 for my real leather genuine BMW gear gaitor, £12 is cheap! Go to a interior trimmers and they'll easily charge you more than that!
