gold wheels???

hi everyone,just wanted your ideas on something!!!! i've got a 53 plate 172 cup with standard tourinis wheels, i've seen loads of piccys on here where people have had the wheels done athracite grey so would like to go for something different......
i thinking maybe gold but not sure it would look odd or not????? :S:S
any comments on this would great!!!!!
