Got My 182!!!!

picked it up on wednesday evening, after 3 months and 5 days of waiting, with 9 miles on the clock! its absolutely amazing, i love everthing about it, and the seats are worth every penny.

Give it some proper welly already. Ignore what the book says best way to break in a new engine is to drive it HARD!

Definitely run it in properly.




By leathering the f**k out of it from new. Always give it 10-15 minutes to warm up though. If you want it to a fast one you'll not drive it like a fairy when it's new.

basically it was in the showroom 3 months ago, and i put a deposit on it then. due to circumstances regarding a house sale, which only went through at the start of the month i have only just got it, its been at the dealer for 3 months waiting for me

what a coincidence, was the guy called peter by any chance? or did you just see him around when you picked it up and not actually buy from him. what did you get?

I brought a Trophy and had to take it back to get the splitter fitted as there was'nt one on when I picked it up, don't know what his name was but he just dealt with getting getting it fitted.

you havent stripped it out have you? as the guy i bought my car from said he sold a trophy to someone who stripped everything out of it

No it will be kept completly standard, i'm not into messing about with cars too much money and effort. Its quick enough as it is.

He told me about someone who had brought a Trophy to take home and store. More money than sense i thought, in 10 years time you would never get back what you payed for it. Its not like a limited run Ferrari.
