here it is.. sick of the motor looking like a chariot so i dropped her on a set of 60mm lowering springs which took me most of this afternoon (unsure of the brand name). rides very nicely and surprisingly enough no problems with speed bumps.. plus i think it looks sorta sexual now lol:approve:

Leave it a couple of weeks to settle in and it'll look even nicer!

That's what I was thinking, it looks pretty standard height at the min. It'll be lower in a few weeks once they have settled.

Stick some lead in the car..that should make it sink a bit lower

lead? no my car sits notably lower than before. I made a note of where the bumper was in relation to the tyre before and after the lowering process then measured. its actually round about 50mm at the mo so il say it will sink abit lower..

also yes the springs were brand new

have you had to have a drive shaft yet???

mines on a 51 plate reg september 01 and when i had to fit new drive shaft had to get a ph 1 one coz the ph2 had 2 moany teeth on the abs ring

of cause i dint notice till i fitted it and the abs still dint work and the speedo was reading 1 an half time the speed i was doing!!! doh :S
