How much should I be asking...

For my Clio.

51 plate, 1.2 16v Dynamique, 60k miles, Pearl Black. FSH, Tax and MOT. Loads of receips for any parts/works. AC is broken, been quoted a couple hundred to get it fixed at Renault. Cracked foglight glass on drivers side and a chipped windscreen.

Would the broken AC put people off? Really want this car sold soon but not had any intrest at £2750 (which ill admit was a bit ambitious).

£2250 but put it up for £2400ono then you have £150 to barter with. See about getting the ac fixed find out what you need there's load's of breaker's kicking about you will get the part's needed that will make it more desirable.

That's nothing that dude it's worth fixing people will pick up on the broken stuff when buying a car and that will sway them toward's other's for the sake of a cheap fix. Most of the car's i've sold if anything was broken on them i'd hit the breaker's for part's you pick then up for nothing sometime's really nothing if you've got big pocket's lmao

lol, yeah ive heard the parts cheap but its a bit of a job. Ive been trying to find the part so I can get it to a local garage and get them to do it.

I would probably get some standard alloys on it and sell your others on here you would probably get some more cash that way, and if you want to swap grills i am more than happy to

Plus when i bought my car i made them fix the fog light crack etc

I get all my work done by my pal he own's a garage so everything's a cheap job for me got my full suspention fitted for £10 lol

Have a friends brother, never used him but hes apparently happy to do work for nout, just lives bloody miles away. Dads an engineer so might wait till he comes back and blag him to do it, but that means waiting till April!

Have an ask about put a post on the wanted section or it might be worth travelling down to get work done it mean's you can put it up for sale faster, and i agree with kerry get some standard alloy's fitted people tend to make assumption's when car's ahve little mod's done that it belong's to a boy racer not saying that you are that's just what people think and you will get a bit cash back that way aswell !!!

You are correct but they only assume a 17yr old has owned it if it has 17" Wolfrace 4 spoke alloys whereas this car at a glance looks rather subtle which wouldn't put me off.

Although you do get the odd turd who starts asking about how much his insurance will be with the alloys as if you are some sort of insurance company.

To be honest, Ive still got all the original parts. If someone was serios about it being standard I could do it. I just havent had the motivation so far.

realistically i would say about 2k, you may even struggle to get that with the broken air con..imo
