How to remove an o/s headlight on a 53'reg 172 Cup

Could somebody give me a few tips of how to remove an o/s headlight on a 53'reg 172 Cup.

Where is it held on apart from the upper bolt.

Reason I need to remove it is because it has just failed its MOT for the o/s headlamp not aligning correctly. I have found the auto electronic adjuster is not pushed into the back of the headlight correctly, which I cannot do with the headlight in.

Looks like I will have to remove the bumper for this, absolute nightmare!
