The exhaust emission cleaning box thing that sits behind the front bumper in the wheel arch. It's like an emissions filter. It's held on by 4 bolts, has an air pipe and 2 electrical connectors. We are currently getting a MK2 1.6 Clio ready for the track so getting rid of extra weight, so can I disconnect the box and get rid of it or will it give me running problems? Connectors I can just cable tie out of the way and does the vac pipe need blanking off or can I leave it?
