found a racing blue at last! and at a garage, which id prefer to buy from rather than private from past experiences!!!

anyway, saw it on autotrader this morning and rang up immediately! went to view it tonight (120 mile trip!) and said id have it!

gotta sort things out like put my private plate on retention and sort the cash out so not picking it up for 2 weeks, cant bloody wait though!!!

yeah, especially the chav boys in their 1.2's i see on the way to work, hehe. should be fun!

its a 2005 54 plate (wanted a 55 plate ideally but il be putting my private plate on anyway so doesnt really matter) doesnt need a service til july 2008 so thats good!

had 4 new tyres recently, dad is worried saying it shouldnt need them after 19,000 miles, its nothing to worry about though right?!

i didnt check the make of tyres ad, going to look at it again with the bf on saturday so im sure he will give it a good check! i dunno if they are brand new tyres but they looked new to me. the alloys had no kerbing whatsoever either from what i can remember.

i looked at the log book and the service book thing and everything seemed ok. what do u mean renault uk car?

the asking price £8,700. but i got a decent-ish part ex value for my ford ka so it's not too bad. he's gonna put 6 months tax on too which saves me £100 and its got the cup splitter which a lot have missing, so again saving me £100!

RE: Tyres. Odds are that they were swapped front to back when the first fronts were shredded. Then the fronts were shredded again and now all four have just been changed. Still seems harsh. Careful lady owner my ass

Mines still on its 2nd set of fronts after 37k

the car is in brand new condition but the only negative is the stripes! a tiny bit on the bonnet and on the roof of one of the stripes has peeled away a bit
