just bought a a 172 yozza sport exhaust, PROBLEM HELP PLEASE

just received a second hand one off a forum member, straight away ive unwrapped it and noticed the baffles in the rear box are banging around
is this fix able or is this exhaust pretty much crap now?

the back box is a sealed unit, completely welded the whole way around, no rivets unfortunately

ive made it to get people opinions whether to keep it and fix it or to send it back, ive spoken to the person ive bought it off and he is being very understanding about it so im sure this issue will be resolved sharpish
