K Tec Coilies adjustment help.

Hi all, I want to lower my from end about 2"/50mm or so. Does anyone know if there is a ratio of turns to distance. And can I do it with them still on the car or do you think I need to take the off the car. If there's a guide or video that someone knows about, a link would be great. Thanks.

Wouldn't you just measure it on the coilover? If you want to drop 2" then wind the platform down 2"? Or am I over simplifying it?
