hey dont worry i havent smashed it upi! My friend is building a mk1 escort and got a sierra cosworth engine for it. I am doing alot of welding and fabricting for him and as he owns a spray shop in return his is doing my front bumper and bonnet because being monaco blue on white primer you can see everything. Couple of pics of my engine bay too just finished polishing.

elbow grease and working 6-2 i have alot of spare time plus im a fabricator so i have the skills and equipment

i promise you it is monaco blue i have the log book to prove it and my mate mixed and matched the paint

Honestly now, the only colour they did ph1 was odyssey blue. BUT>>> if you have a monaco blue one that is awesome.

time for the baggins to eat some humble pie and say i got it f*****g wrong didnt i and my mate did to luckily he didnt spray it and mixed up some d44 instead thanks to you guys it is now looking stunning in ODYESSE blue! and i will have some pics for you tomorrow. I aint scared of admitting i was wrong noones perfect. Sorry to everyone i doubhted and i also have spoke to renault cus it does say monaco blue in my log book and they are going to send me a revised copy cheers :lolup:

No need to eat humble pie, it's good that it's been sorted correctly! Can imagine you with a slightly two tone car. Standing there looking at it wondering if it's wrong lol.

they started producing phase 2 172 when the last phase 1 were coming off the line so that is where the mix up occurs apparently it is a common fault when i recieve i will scan it in
