I recently changed the dog bone bushes for Powerflex ones as I was getting a knocking sound which is better now. I am now getting an even nastier sound when pushing it in first, a kind of deep groaning vibrating noise. Have a done something wrong/forgotten something or has the pressure exerted through the new bushes onto the old broken them? Are the other mounts hard to change??? The dog bone mounts are simply two bolts undone, wip it off, pop the old bushes out, grease the new ones up, bung them in, put it back on, two bolts to do up and bosh or have I been a plank??
Sorry for the essae but this noise is annoying me and all the garages were to busy for a test drive this weekend!!
