On Friday, the Trophy officially became officially Heroic. In my opinion anyway.

Yes, these are pictures of a 182 on 182,182

Took it down to Cornwall for the weekend (another 500 miles) as a celebration of its awesomeness. Oh, & to treat it to some rather epic B-roads around my parents house in West Penwith :race: Happy super miley day Shed Trophy.

Awesome, was hoping you'd get a pic when hit that marker!

Ah yes, had to be done!!! Sad i know, but bless it, it deserves the recognition :D

What milage do you think the engine will let go on then Dave?

Hopefully not for a long time yet!!

Pulled 175bhp at SRR in September last year with just with V6 airbox, BTB exhaust & JMS remap, so its a strong little bugger.

Will be going into storage soon when the new clio arrives, but wanted to make sure it got to 182,182 before i put it away

Cracking part of the country Cornwall by the way, being in the neighbouring county it's a shame you didn't pop by and show me the 'shed' :rasp:

Wooooh did you order a 200 then?

Thought the steering put you off them Dave?

Nah, im not as wealthy as Christopher, so i passed on the 200. Steering was woeful on the non-cup 200 i drove (had Wanli tyres as well it later transpired, so im sure that didnt help lol), but i then tried an R27 and found it to be much better ... i didnt buy that though. Im too tight.

Awesome.

How long is it going into storage for Dave?

Not sure, going to keep both this & the other clio up here until the new one proves itself. At which point, the T will get chucked in the barn until after i buy a house in 12 months or so. At which point, it will go in the houses garage ... thats a must lol!!!

Ha ha, only had two days, & it took most of that getting there lol.

Lovely view from my parents balcony though, so yeah, Cornwall is ace!!

Lovely. It's got the highest milage and probaby in a better state than most.

Have you seen it in the flesh? (;

No, i'm joking.

Epic shed. If you need somewhere local to store it, all you need to do is ask.

It's been looked after then. :)

Mines on 57000 now on an 04 plate.
That seems a lot to me :(
I was used to my other 04 Clio that I brought with 2500 miles on it, 4 years later i sold it with 31000 on clock. Not bad.

Whats the paint work like on the trophy now?

Whats the paint work like on the trophy now?

Very well looked after, certainly from a mechanical perspective!!

Paintwork wise, underneath the inch of dirt that i use as 'wax' to protect it, its not so bad. Certainly nothing a day with the DAS-6 wouldnt fix ... keeping it clean is a nightmare though. Living in a flat is most definately FTL.

What have you bought Dave, a normal 197 instead of the R27? Noticed the 330 had sold, have you still got the M3?

It did 72,000 miles in 14 months!!!! Wow. Its really strange that somebody got a Clio Trophy to do that sort of mileage in.

Looks in great nick though, surely its the highest mileage 182 on here. Maybe even the highest mileage Clio on here.

Funking love it!

When, not if it hits 200k it needs a special present.

What happened to the trophy that was sold off as a company car, its was on 140k!?

Thats this one!!!

I remember the original thread where he asked what it was worth, then bought it & about 30 people (inc. me) said 'yeah mate ill buy it off you for 3 grand, just let me know when' yadda yadda yadda.

6 months later its up for sale & nobody is interested for weeks, too many miles apparently. Except me of course ;)

 <3 you too

When it gets to 200k i'll buy it either an RS2 or some ITB's ...

Amount of taxis you see on 250k+ miles, I don't see why with adequate servicing this should be any different :)

Nice one.

P.S. Have you sent those parcel shelf bits out yet :rasp: ?!
