Nasty Sounding Engine Problem :)

Hi chaps, this morning driving in this started, lucky i was 1 mile from our unit, so i was able to stop before something nuked its self. As the car goes over bump (just moving it into the unit theres a kerb) it stopped for a second then when rev'd very slighly returned as loud as hell as before. (Its v v loud!).

My thoughts one of these,

1. Aux / Cambelt Tensioner?
2. AC Pump?
3. Alternator
4. Power steering pump?
5. Dephaser? *surely not with that noise*

The cambelt, all tensioners, dephaser pully, was done ~4 years ago @ ~85k.....and its now on 120k so i guess.

Heres a link to the video, http://www.spray-shack.co.uk/cliofail/cliofail.wmv

Any help would be greatfully received, ill be doing the work myself as i have all the locking tools etc.......

Cheers,
Simon @ SS
