Corsa intercooler was only £35. Used, but it’ll be better quality than Chinese tax welds

All I know is it’s bigger than the tce intercooler

No point in going for something stupid big because all you'll do is create more lag as that puny little turbo will have to fill out whatever is in front of the TB first. A 1.5 dCi Dacia Sandero or dCi 100 intercooler would probably do
