Network Bandwidth help!

Right im sick to death of my sister taking up all the bandwidth when shes downloading her modelling pics (upto 20mb each) from her photographer, she loves to do it when im trying to chill out nd play BF 2142. We have a 2mbit connection but the router is giving her the majority of the network! Iv seen a box that u plug in ur router to share the network equally or configure it to what u want (she can have 256k ) but i cant remember what it would be called? any1 help?

You need a router which supports QoS.

Im pretty sure my router does its a Netgear WGR 614

EDIT: looking into it i dont think it does DAMN NETGEAR!
