Non Pre-tens seat buckles that will work with Clio 172/182 seat belts

Trying to find out what seat belt buckles that dont have a pre-tens system built into them will work with the standard 172/182 seat belt, would of thought some thing like this should work - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&Item=320343013597&Category=10410
