Oil, plugs, belts - 182.

I'll start off easy,
What plugs would be recommended for a 182?

What grade and make of oil would be recommended for the same engine?

And then belts
My local dealership supplied a grooved belt as a cambelt initially and now they have give us these.

Is this correct for the Camblet kit?

And is this correct for the aux belt and associated pulleys?
