Part of my engine is loose!!

  Yaris Hybrid
My car was serviced at the end of Feb and I just raised the bonnet for the first time today

On top of a screw being missing from the engine cover (w*nkers) I noticed a piece at the front of the engine is completely loose and rattling around!!!

I can't work out how to do it up. I think there might be a couple of bolts going into the front - as far as I could tell by poking my fingers around but they are recessed so far in that my sockets won't go in there.

Is it meant to be loose and rattling around, should I take it back to be tightened and would I be cheeky if I asked them to replace the feckin screw they lost?

This is SJ Cook and Son's in Bristol.

I have circled the offending part in the pic. How do I do it up? Do I need a very long thin socket or something? Pretty sh*t lack of attention to detail on their part given that I paid them £230. FFS what else is loose?! They had the bleedin wheels off and were checking the brakes :dead:

Its the fuel rail cover, there are nuts in the holes that will need tightening. You'll need a 13mm socket and a 3" extension to get to them, they'll have taken it off to get to the oil filter more easily.

Yeah thats cos I took the pic when I got the car! As you can see all the engine cover screws are present in that photo, the nobs at SJ Cooks lost the one on the bottom left of the picture!

How could they leave something loose like that, how incompetent can you be?

What bit do you work in bud? If I pop into the Minute do you reckon they could knock it up tight and would they have a spare engine cover screw sitting around somewhere?
