Passenger driveshaft come out of gbox

Passenger side dshaft has come out and dropped its oil (good job I was planning on swapping oil today anyway lol).

pushed it back in but the rubber tailor bit won't go over the driveshaft end, not sure how to loosen clip

am I okay to cut it off and put a jubilee clip on there?

youll be better off getting a proper gaitor clip, but a jubilee clip will surfice, just make sure its not going to hit anything when it spins round!

Can't get the rubber not onto the shaft bit.
