Please Help - 1.4 16v Lower Engine Mount and Powerflex Bush

This is what iv got

and this is my lower engine mount

Can i get a 172/182 dogboan mount and put the bushes in that and use it, is it the same size?
or am i out of luck and shall i sell the bushes?

do they not fit then? i heard you can fit a 172 dogbone. Get someones old one off the forum which the bushes have gone in it.

i fitted the 172 "twisted" type dogbone to my girlfriends 1.2 16v with the powerflex/ k-tec bushes. as far as i know the bushes wont fit in the stock steel mount as shown in your picture , but i never tried

ahh so you need the lower dogbone mount from a 2.0 to use the bushes?

Any joy with this. Maybe someone who has replaced their mount becuase of worn out bushes will sell you one for 10 quids incl postage... Soon as you confirm it can be done im going to do the same.

Get the bracket off the box from a 1.8/2.0

Got a dogbone mount you can ahve for free thats totally fucked if you cover postage, normal type like

i dont wanna sound rude, but why would i want to put a totally f**ked dogbone mount on my car?

part number is 8200413526 £28.87+vat. my local garage is gay and i have to go pay for it before they order it because harlow dont keep stock of it.
