Rear suspension bolts seized

Replacing rear coilovers. put penetrating oil on over night and manual method with long pry bar wouldn’t move and my impact driver wouldn’t touch them either. I am thinking heat is now the way to go but wanted some advice as don’t want to snap them. Apply via heat gun to bolt heads or blow torch ? Any other ideas ?

50/50 acetone and atf, soak them for a couple of days and that will shift them.
