Rear Wiper replacement

Anyone know the best way of getting a "new one" - rubbers tearing off. Stupidly went into Halfords bearing the removed rubber and two metal support strips. Staff recommend a "refill" pack which needs to be cut down to size etc, but openening the pack isnt the right shape etc. Nothing they have apparently matches the Mk2 172 rear wiper.

you can get a wiper of the right size from Halfords but it doesnt have the bit of moulded plastic on it. I had to get the whloe thing from Renault although you might find it somewhere else.

The rear wiper is a helpful £15,000,000.22 from your Renault dealer (plus VAT and fitting of 3 hours @£70/hour plus petrol money for them to rag your car round for a bit while they have it). Its a bargin.

LOL @ Rhys!!!!! and not that far from the truth..

I just used the halfords wiper and cut it to size...works fine
