Refitting flywheel

I’m planning on refitting the flywheel and new clutch the weekend what do people use to lock the flywheel so the bolts can be torqued up

That'll work or stick bellhousing bolt in and use a lever bar to counter-hold against the bolt.

Shouldn't take too much effort with 55Nm.

A pal with a bar on the pulley bolt works pretty well.

Alternatively, if you have the genuine Renault timing kit, the crank locking pin is sturdy enough.
I've tightened the crank pulleys multiple times like that and haven't destroyed anything yet. The flywheel bolts are childs-play by comparison.
