Sport Conversion
Hey, so ive been a member on here for a while, started off when i got a clio 1.2 for my 17th last year and i had it for a month, then crashed it ahah!
Here she is before the crash, and here she is after!
Then, after all this i bought a 306 d turbo to keep me going for a whilst, then i bought a clio 172 k-tec convertion. i love it. just want to show you all what it started life out like and what plans ive got for it. ive know the car for years as i knew the lad i bought it off, so here it is......
as the lad before me bought it.
as i bought it.
First things first i removed the front tints and sun strip.
like the look this way
then, got my self a sport bumper.
Then my plans were to spray wheels + int bumper strips orange, so did that and it looked gash so i carbon wrapped them
quite like this, but would like real cf.
so it stood like this for a while.
Then the gearbox went, witch cost me £500 and two weeks without a car!
after this i gave it a good clean, and treated myself to a 3/4 plate and sport grille!
Then got some aero wipers.
Then i got myself a detachable tow bar fitted so i could get out on the bike
The thing with this is it gets in the way of the exhaust so it sits about 1.5" lower that it would normaly do and looks awful! so im going to have to get the angle grinder and welder out, AGAIN!
So thats its lift so far. all thought im mid way through spraying the wheels metallic purple, and winding the coilovers down (after exhaust is sorted)

So, what do you all thing? not bad for a 1.2
Just need to get all 4 wheels done and new tyres,
get exhaust sitting spot on
laguna splitter
and get coilovers wound down
Then im going to look into a few more sport body parts like front bumper,wings and skirts, and maybe some seats
