Some pics of my 04 plate 172 finally! lol

Hi guys, I thought I'd take a few pics this weekend as I always enjoy seeing pictures of other peoples cars on ClioSport. This is my 2nd 172, I used to have a silver Cup which I had alot of problems with but this ones been superb!!

She has Mitchelin PE2's, ITG Panel Filter, KTec Stealth Exhaust MK2, KTec Drilled Discs, Ultimax Pads and a Cup Splitter.

I thought about buying a 197 this year but at the moment this car is doing such a good job and I'm really loving her so why waste the money.

At some point she will be up for sale, maybe later in the year.

Cheers bud. Yeah there were a few registered in 2004 with cruise control which wasn't on the previous models.

I've tried to make the car as solid as possible without going overboard. Good brakes, tyres, air filter and exhaust seems to have done the job!!

Cool. Mines a 04 plate too. Born in the south east. The plate starts gn04. It was first registered in Maidstone.

Yes fella 04 plates have traction control (or esp I think), electronic brake dist, cruise control, auto everything. She's just going in for her mot at Renault on Friday so with the recently brakes and tyres she should be fine.

Both cam belts were recently fitted by Renault so that's another worry off my mind! lol

I might look at selling her in the summer. All receipts and original documents are present with FRSH.

I never denied that, I was merely answering someones question about my 04 plate.

If you're referring to cruise control (CC) only 172 Sports manufactured at the backed of 2003 and beyond had this.

Everything else was standard prior to that.
