Spare F4R engine bottom - need cylinder head relacement

I've got a spare F4R 730 engine with damaged cylinder hear (camshaft bearings worn off) Since used Clio 172 cylinder head in Poland is as expensive as the whole engine I was wondering is there any other cylinder head that bolts on to the engine block ?
