Spoiler catching paintwork on CUP

Don

  182 & LY Clio 220 ed

Has anyone else had a problem with the top of the rear spoiler scraping the roof where the roofline and spoiler meet when the boot is being opened? Ive noticed it on mine, got it as ex-demo car from main dealer, and took it back kicking off. The body shop have seen it and said its probably not covered by the warranty...is this a common occurance, or am I just one unlucky so and so?

Its not the spoiler that seems to be suffering, its the paint on the roof...its white where the spoiler has rubbed off the blue paintwork each time its been opened. I know one thing, and that is that Im not paying for it, its either under Warranty, or the dealer can sort it...Ive had the car for 3 weeks, so you can imagine just how P1SSED Id be if they want to charge me for the work...I wouldnt be a happy chappy

mmm, putting me off having the spoiler pack fitted by the dealor to the 182 .... so it would touch the aerial and possibly the roof...!
