Spraying Bumpers?



Hey there, proud owner of a 1.2 clio mk1 here, got them awfull matt black bumpers and i've decided to spray them so there colour coded with the body work (dark blue), heres a pic of them.

What paint will i need to spray them(preferbaly without it flaking off in 2 weeks time) and any links to the product aswell ?

get it done professionally mate, it will look full on jeb witha diy halfords spray can special imho!

and you will be sanding the sod down for about 3 hours lol
 
Just out of interest though , what would be the process of spraying these matt black bumpers to a blue to match the body work ? Sanding? Priming ? and also what type of paint ?
 
  Punto/Clio GTT
with aerosols or in a bodyshop?

bodyshop would be

bumper off
a good grey scotchbrite all over or p1200 wet flat all over if it aint textured
panel wiped n cleaned
plastic primed
few coats of your metallic blue basecoat
left to flash off for 10 minutes or so
then 2-3 coats of laquer then left to bake
wetflat out any imperfections with p1500/p2000 then mop it with some g3/g6
bumper back on
