Squeeking brakes!

This is bugging me alot. My passenger brakes at the front squeek most the time I brake. sounds like the pads need changing, that sort of squeek. Only thing is, the pads on it are brand new and thought after a week the sound will go as the pads will be worn in. Rechecked hte pads tonight to make sure for some daft reason I might've put the pads in the wrong way somehow, but everything's as it should be.

Any ideas what to do? Everytime I brake, I just wanna slide down in the seat so no one can see me, it's that loud

Are they up[rated pads as uprated pads queeek.
Some replacment pads arn't a good fitment though so they can rattle about. When you take the caliper off see if the pads can rattle about as this will be the problem. One way of stopping them or limiting the noise is to put that brakes grease on the metal part of the calipers but it does wear off after time hopefully though by that time the dust from the brakes will have make the space availibel for the pad to rattle fill with brakes dust so it won't rattle.

Wouldn't say they're uprated, just some replacement ones I got from a parts place. Will see if they move around. The same pads are on the drivers side too and they're dead quiet

Arr right just thinking if you have Ds2500 they squeek a bit due to compound.
Have a look on the drivers side see if you've done sometihin different fitment wise.

Also check you havn't got a stone etc caught under the pads.
