starter motor plob and fly wheel plob

ive got a 95 1.4rt ive gone throw 3 starter motors the first being a 1.4 2nd a 1.2 and 3rd being a 1.2 one as i couldnt get old of a 1.4 one but ive been told it mite be my fly wheel. wats the chance of this or could it be something esle and how hard is it to change the fly wheel.cheers
