Suprising how little some owners know!

  172 Cup

Was on the Punto site looking for a GT for my mate. Weve both owned GTs before so I thought I would look around their site.

Came across some guy who had just got a 182. It amazes me that some people do little or no research before buying a new car. He was chuffed that he "only" paid £15k and extra for the Cup pack.

The usual CTR owner then piped up saying how easily he beat the 182. Another guy "reliably" informed him that the 182 was slower than the 172 and finally VVT now kicks in at 4000rpm apparently. Ive heard some variations before but this guys got some catching up to do.

Oh and i wouldnt worry, my dealer told me that 172s/cups dont have vvt and its only the 182 that does and its only real river car drivers that need it anyway. What a fat pie eater, obviously the renault sales training zoo is working overtime to make them all retarded
