Nice to see them there tbh, very much not in keeping with the area which tends to be white and black mercs everywhere.

Just been to a guys house who frames stuff and this is his sons R36 Passat estate. It's a Jap import and it's absolutely immaculate, I was impressed. I've always liked these.

I'd love one, the seats are properly cool. I imagine mid 20 mpgs would get boring quickly as a daily that's not "that fast"

Still decent money too, talking £12k upwards for a nice one.

One was delivery miles, 2 were around 20k miles and one was 50k miles. He used the 50k one as a daily.

Must have spent £100k plus on them back in the day.

I know of one other guy who has 3 of them in Ayrshire, can anyone remember what these dipped to once upon a time?

Lowest I can find is £24995. Most were around £30k looking at archived adverts.

Number 013 which was the press car for the USA which was imported back to the UK when on 20k miles was for sale for £32k for two years! 2008-2010!

According to the bank of England £32k in 2008 = £50500 in 2024.

There's 1 road that's basically like Grove Street off of GTA. Every house has a Golf R/RS6/Evo/RSQ8🤣

It is. We painted the overfenders on this car, could have sworn it was this one, I know Marc is close to us. I think it sold for 1.4 million or smething. Nice thing to be a part of.

I saw that a couple of times last summer but was driving when I did. Once on the ring road and once in Holmfirth. Wouldn't be surprised if it's the same owner as the purple Diablo a few pages back because I think thats from Holmfirth side of town too.
