F4R'd ph2 Dynamique
Hey guys.. Long time no post!
For those wondering, we never had any RenaultSport cars in Brazil so I'm slowly struggling to make my own... Or the closest I can get to one at least
Here's my first trackday after replacing the K4M with the F4R.. The engine is stock so far (138bhp version, no VVT) save for the RS cylinder head, F4R T rods and 11,3:1 compression ratio pistons.
Soon to be installed: Standard 172 camshaft replicas by CatCams (no VVT) and RenaultSport intake manifold.
The rest of the setup is:
- Eibach Sportlines
- AST Solid top mount set on full caster
- Eibach camber correcting bolts set on full negative camber
- Eibach hubcentric spacers (25mm front and rear)
- Whiteline ARB set on HARD!
- Camber shims for -2deg on the rear
- For daily use, 195/45 R16 Toyos mounted on OEM Renault wheels
- For track use, 185/565 R15 Pirelli P-ZERO slicks mounted on OEM Renault wheels
Note that my rear left tire had a puncture I only realized after pitting and it had approx 10psi left on it :S
C&C welcome!
Cheers!
