Vernier Pulleys for K4M 1.6Lts. 16V

I’m looking for a set of vernier pulleys for my catcams, seems like no one has them for K4M engine, just for the 2.0 engine.

I’m wondering if I could modify the 2.0 pulleys(I’m a lathe wizard!), but need to know the following:

External diameter of gear
Number of teeth
Pitch of teeth
Internal diameter for the cam
Width of gear

Are You willing to help me get all this dimensions from a 2.0 cam gear?
