Very cheap, very good Wheel cleaner!

Morning all...

For the last couple of months ive been using a product called Wonder wheels.
I first bought it in halfords and at the time it was £6 or £7. But then i found it in Autosave for about £5 iirc so i was buying from there until i noticed Tesco also sell it but they sell it for £4 per bottle.

Now, this morning i was in for milk and was going to buy some wheel cleaner seeing as i was there and im cleaning the car today... £1.73 Per Bottle!!

Im not sure if this is a pricing error or something but i thought i'd let everyone know! :)

The pictures look more like an iron remover than a traditional cleaner. Does the product stink of your eggs?

No it doesnt smell like others ive used.

Its acid free, it does 'bleed' a fair bit but in the 2 photos above, my wheels were seriously dirty!

I usually spray on, give them a brush and then rinse off and they come up really well!

Edit- even if it is just an iron remover, can you complain at less than £2 per litre? Lol

I've tried this before and does have a smell to it, pretty goo product if you can't afford or want to buy iron-x.

Meh.. it works well enough for me.

Today is the first time ive cleaned my wheels in months and this stuff has taken pretty much all the dirt off apart from a couple of small stains in the corners.

Yes ive used it very recently, its basically IronX, just as good, but available in halfords! so thats a plus as IronX and alike are marketed like muppets!

Might as well give it a bash, wheels have started yellowing. Can't be any worse than the fairy power spray I was using a few years back.

Im using it as we speak, it does actually have a bit of a smell off it. Not as strong as the autoglym stuff though!

This is in my local tesco for £1.73 a bottle currently!

Fail at thinking this was another thread when it was £4, couldnt find anything on it being £1.73 and briefly read the OP :o

Likewise. Bought four bottles. Not sure about using it on paint work unless its a track ****... But it is pH neutral like IronX!

Just bought 2 bottles. As went to Tesco in Coventry but didnt have any so i went to tesco petrol station shop and they had some at £5 a bottle, asked at counter and they were £1.73 :), will be using it in better weather

Used it on my wheels, very good stuff great results, but it stiiinks, like burnt rotton egg, has anyone used it on there body work as an iron-x style thing?

Used this again today. Superb on uncared for wheels (I.e. not sealed). Mine desperately need a refurb so excuse the god awful condition.

Sprayed on at the local jet wash. Dwell for five mins. Washed off. Fronts were soiled, backs were not too bad.
